Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

 DSC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive an appropriate refund.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may apply.

DSC reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Fulfillment

 DSC uses third-party suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers to produce and deliver products.

Your purchase is from Do Something Club. Third-party fulfillment partners act on our behalf to process and deliver orders.

Products may ship from different locations depending on availability and destination.

Intellectual Property

All DSC names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, slogans, artwork, written content, and other brand materials are owned by DSC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use DSC intellectual property without written permission.

User Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content to DSC, you grant us permission to use that content for marketing, advertising, social media, and other legitimate business purposes.

You represent that you have the right to provide that content.

Our "Do Something" Philosophy

DSC encourages movement, adventure, connection, outdoor activity, and other positive actions.

DSC is not a medical or mental-health provider.

Our products, content, emails, and community are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DSC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina except where applicable law requires otherwise.
