At Do Something Club, we want you to love your purchased items. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

● Unworn and unwashed

● In original condition

● Free from damage or signs of use

● Returned with original tags, when applicable

To start a return, email returns@dosomethingabtitclub.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send a return to an address until DSC has provided return instructions.

Return Shipping Unless your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Because our products may be fulfilled from different locations, your return address will be provided when your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. 

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was defective, incorrect, or otherwise required to be refunded under applicable law.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

International return shipping can be expensive. We recommend contacting us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges paid to receive an international order are generally not refundable by DSC.

Final Sale

Products specifically identified as final sale are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law.
